LATHAM, NY -  DWM Construction & Renovation is excited to announce several staffing changes to support growth and expansion. The changes reflect a thoughtful and strategic approach to long-term growth and client support.

DWM is excited to welcome Kyle MacDuff back to the team as a Field Project Manager. MacDuff was a member of the DWM team for over 5 years as in multiple roles including Team Lead and HVAC Program Manager prior to gaining additional industry experience at CBRE. MacDuff brings industry best-practices, high levels of leadership, and in-depth trade knowledge to assist in the growth and development of new clients through on-site project management. As a Field Project Manager, MacDuff will be responsible for the communication of on-site progress to corporate contacts, job site resource and inventory control, and ensuring project completion meets all SLAs & client standards.

DWM Construction & Renovation will further support client development through the promotion of Jodie Tha Shrestha to Project Manager. Tha Shrestha served as Project Coordinator since 2018. Tha Shrestha's attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously made her an obvious choice for this promotion. As a Project Manager, Tha Shrestha will provide in-house support of field projects across the US, manage all on-site resources to ensure successful job completion while ensuring budgets and project close-out protocols are met.

In the final move to support DWM Construction & Renovation, Alexander Mohler will be moving from DWM's Facilities Maintenance Division to fill the Project Coordinator role previously served by Tha Shrestha. Mohler brings with him over 7 years of facilities and construction experience as well as OSHA 10 certification. In his new role, he will support FF&E and fit outs for national construction clients to ensure successful and on-budget completion.

"These staffing changes reflect the growth of DWM Construction & Renovation. Our team is committed to providing best-in-class construction services for clients in the retail, restaurant, financial, grocery, REIT, education, hospitality, and entertainment industries," said Ryan Knapp, Vice President, DWM Construction & Renovation. "Our team continues to grow in both size and experience, bringing exceptional results to new and legacy clients."
