Scope: This was a 2 week project for a national retail/education client. This project consists of (3) trades which includes General, Electrical, Painting, as well as on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation Project Manager.
Additional Scope Components:
Taking deliveries of new fixtures. (6 different deliveries)
Breakdown the current fixtures and relocate fixtures from one location to another.
Assemple the current fixtures
Take delivery and Install new wall fixtures and floor fixtures.
