Scope: Alpine Lake RV Resort is a seasonal campground located just outside the southern region of the Adirondack Park in the town of Corinth. This RV Resort boasts many amenities that are appealing to campers from all over the north east. The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this remodel project in February of 2020. DWM was awarded the contract in the beginning of April of 2020 to complete the 5 week bathroom house remodel. The bathroom house contains a men's and women's restroom that receives high traffic use during peak times of the year with its location directly across the properties pavilion and adjacent recreational fields. The full scope of work on this remodel includes (6) trades, including general, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, and flooring. This remodel includes on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation field project manager.

Epoxy floor system installation
Half log siding installation
Architectural shingle installation
Plumbing system remodel, with point of use water heater installation
Exterior painting / staining to match customers specifications

Corian countertop design, fabrication, and installation
Interior painting and trim work
On site project management
Clean-up and walk through prior to turnover.
