Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this cafe refresh job in February. DWM was awarded the contract to complete this weeklong project for a national restaurant client. The full refresh scope includes 7 trades, including general interior, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, roofing, and equipment installation. The week refresh includes on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation project manager.
Scope:
Half wall by BOH eliason doors is secured.
Front and back line cabinets isntalled
Counter tops placed, glued, seamed, sanded.
Pour new concrete and closed up the floor.
Install the new pastry/beverage cases.
Install tile floor
FRP applied to the wall.
Start building the back line of cabinets and counter tops.
Cut and install backsplash
Panel the half walls.
Wallpaper walls for die wall.
Ceiling tile instal
Install glass sneeze guard on the front line.
