DWM Successfully Resolves Urgent Alarm and Plumbing Issues
DWM is happy to share the successful completion of a critical service request for a retail client in January of 2025. The project addressed an urgent plumbing issue marked by an alarming septic system and malfunctioning toilets at the store.
Upon receiving the client's request for their malfunctioning alarm system and backed-up toilets, Thomas Winkle acted swiftly to provide a solution. Our team supplied and installed two new 1 HP Extreme Grinder Ejection pumps, along with various fittings and parts necessary to integrate the new pumps into the existing system.
Throughout the process, DWM showcased its dedication to excellence and client service. We evaluated the original vendor's quote and uncovered discrepancies in troubleshooting methods. By sourcing a new, qualified vendor who specializes in this area, we ensured that the repairs adhered to the highest standards. Our proactive approach not only rectified the plumbing issues but also provided temporary solutions, allowing the store to maintain operations without significant disruption during the repair period.
