Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this tenant improvement project in May. DWM was awarded the contract to complete the 1 week FF&E aspect. The full scope includes (2) trades, including General and Electrical and includes on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation field project manager.
General Scope:
Receiving delivery of all new wall and floor fixtures for sales floor
Installation of various types of wall panel systems, cash wrap, desks and other misc. mill work
Installation of stock room fixtures Installing new office fixtures & furniture
Installation of new LED valance lighting in Textbook department
Installation of all new electrical services within mill work
Installation of vinyl cove base
Professional cleaning throughout upon completion
