Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this two phase tenant improvement project in May. The first phase was executed as the base general contractor creating a vanilla box was wrapping up their scope of work in August. DWM was awarded the contract to complete the 3 week FF&E aspect. The full scope includes (4) trades, including General, Electrical, Painting & Flooring and includes on-site project management by (3) DWM Construction & Renovation field project managers.
General Scope:
Install all new floor coverings (carpet, LVT & VCT) throughout the sales floor, offices, textbook department as well as prep and seal concrete in back of house
Paint all new interior walls in space throughout
Receiving delivery of all new wall and floor fixtures for sales floor
Installation of various types of wall panel systems, cash wrap, desks and other misc. mill work
Installation of over 100 stock room fixtures Installing new office and conference room fixtures & furniture
Assembling new furniture in student lounge area
Installation of new LED valance lighting in Textbook department
Installation of all new electrical services within millwork
Professional cleaning throughout upon completion
