Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this full remodel job in July. DWM was awarded the contract to complete this 6 week project for a national banking client. The full project scope includes including: Framing, Drywall,Plumbing, Concrete cutting, Masonry, Electrical, Data, Security wiring, HVAC, Flooring, Painters, Carpenters, Fire Suppression and fire Alarm system. This project was a complete gut down to structural members of the existing space before completing a tenant fit out and this project includes on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation project manager.
Install temporary power in front of work area to provide client with continuous power for their temporary branch.
Supply Connex, lifts and dumpsters for duration of protection
Install a steel framed dust wall finished to smooth and painted surface
Demolition of all existing:
Fixtures
Walls
Drop ceiling
HVAC Ducting
Electrical circuits, lighting and load center
All data and security wiring
Flooring
X-ray Concrete prior to cutting for new electrical floor boxes
Cut concrete slab in preparation of electrical conduit and floor boxes
Patch concrete floor and level floor in preparation of flooring installation
Frame new partition walls to 12' AFF
Relocate Electrical service from previous location to new load center
Rough in new electrical circuits throughout space
Rough in data boxes and conduit throughout space
Modify existing Sprinkler system to comply with national and local building codes
Relocate and add fire strobes in remodeled space
Install and finish Sheetrock thorough space to 10'6" AFF
Paint Drywall
Install Armstrong Fine line ceiling grid system for 2' x 2' Acoustic tile
Install new HVAC ducting and diffusers , relocate thermostat
Install new recessed LED Can lighting, LED 2' x 2' lay in fixtures and LED tape lighting throughout the space
Pull 34 Cat6 Plenum rated Data drops and 9 Cat6 Plenum rated drops for security system
Plug and plate all electrical devices required including specific isolated ground devices for sensitive electrical equipment
Punch down and plate all data wiring through the space
Install solid walnut hard ceiling and feature wall finished with clear polyurethane
Install split faced marble accents on walls
Install LVT narrow plank flooring and vinyl cove base throughout the space
Install in ceiling speakers and AV wiring for marketing TV's
Install ATM's and Safe
Install Wall panel system in customer facing areas
Coordinate 3rd party fixture installers
Install marketing material and signage throughout space
Including: light up poster frames, Televisions, and signage
Perform final clean up of space prior to handover
Assist in the switch over from temporary location to permanent location
