Project Description: This project consists of DWM permanently removing existing offices, flooring, ceiling grid, doors and door frames in a no longer used gym/fitness space. The goal is to create a new open Movement studio space for employees to use. 

The rebuild consists of altering raised access panel flooring to accommodate for newly constructed smoke barrier walls to go from floor deck to roof deck, installing new ceiling grids, re-working some HVAC/Mechanical services, creating a mirrored wall space for studio classes to commence in. Installing new LVT flooring throughout the space. Installation of new security-controlled card readers throughout the new layout.
