Project Description: DWM Inc. was contracted to remodel a portion of the existing cafe in a Supermarket to create a new self-serve coffee location and omni channel staging area. DWM removed existing fixtures, cabinetry, tile flooring and wall finishes. After demo, DWM capped off existing plumbing lines, rerouted existing electrical and built back the existing space to match the current plans. DWM finished the project by placing an epoxy terrazzo floor, applied FRP to all walls, installed a new self-serve coffee station, installed omni channel staging fixtures and painted the space.
