Description: DWM was awarded this project to demo the existing cafe and convert it into a seating area for the existing deli and bakery. The scope of work consisted of demoing cabinetry, removing countertops, demoing flooring, demoing slab, rerouting water lines, reconfiguring electrical, plastering, priming & painting, and VCT installation. The space received an all-new seating area in the cafe area with new millwork, water supply, and equipment.
