Description: DWM recently completed a flooring refresh project for retail client in Kissimmee, FL. The project consisted of replacing all existing broadloom carpet with new carpet tiles over our clients 14,465 sq ft sales floor. Each evening DWM would carefully notate the store's fixtures before relocating them temporarily, so that we could remove existing flooring, prepare the sub-floor and install new carpet tile before relocating fixtures precisely to their original location. DWM was able to perform all work during overnight shifts to ensure the store team had no disruption to the flow of business during the day.
