Scope of Work: DWM was awarded a project to replace all the flooring at a Books-a-Million located in Sherman, TX with carpet tiles. Replace cove base as required.
Remove bookshelves from work area as required - re-install and/or re-set as required
Remove existing carpeting throughout sales floor
Prep sub-floor as required prior to installation of client provided carpet. Note: Carpet tiles will be installed directly over existing finished concrete drive aisles and Cafe seating areas
Install new carpet squares (supplied by the client)
Put bookshelves -- wall and floor fixtures, back in original place
Remove and provide material to install cove base as needed on exposed drywall locations throughout sales floor per direction from DWM's on-site field project manager
