Project Description: DWM Inc. was contracted to repair an existing CMU wall at a loading dock that has struck by a delivery truck. DWM Inc. provided engineered plans for the project which included temporary interior shoring in order to remove the existing CMU wall from the Bond beam to the existing concrete slab. Once the wall was removed, DWM had to under pin the existing slab and create continuous vertical reinforcements from the existing slab to the bond beam, this was done as the wall was being rebuilt. Once the wall was rebuilt we reinstalled the existing roll up doors, bumpers, painted the exterior of the wall to match existing and removed the interior temporary shoring and interior partitions.
