Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this tenant improvement project in July. DWM was awarded the contract to complete this 1 week project for a national retail client. The full cafe refresh scope includes (5) trades, including General, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring & Painting and includes on-site project management by 2 DWM Construction & Renovation project managers.
General Scope:
Removal of existing cafe counters, cabinetry, wallpaper and some equipment
Saw cut and excavate within sub-floor
Remove/relocate/install new electrical and plumbing services to accommodate new cafe layout. Pour back concrete and install new ceramic tile
Install new stainless steel cabinetry, new mill work
Install new solid surface counter tops, back splash
Install new plumbing fixtures including all new finish plumbing
Install all new outlets for new equipment
Install new beverage and food cases, set cafe equipment Patch and paint entire cafe throughout
Install new recessed can lighting and track lighting
Install new menu boards
Perform cleanup prior to opening
