Project Description: DWM Inc. was contracted to build out a breakroom, conference room, and kitchenette in an existing distribution center. The project started with minimal demo that included trenching for new plumbing and electrical pathways, removing existing outlets back to an existing subpanel, and cutting through existing CMU walls to create two pathways to the adjacent offices. After the demo was completed, MEP rough ins were completed that included power being brought into the space with new sub panels and new RTU's being installed.  DWM then completed floor patching, framing, insulation, drywall, act drop ceiling, door installations, painting, and new FF&E installations. DWM installed an epoxy floor in the space with custom cabinetry and countertops. A kitchenette was installed in the breakroom, conference room, and in the adjacent offices.
